I have 32 years in the construction, inspection & real estate fields. I specialize in BPO Inspection services currently.
 

What BPO (Buyer Purchase/Price Opinion), services I provide:
 

  • Drive-by Photos - (8 minimum, to 25 maximum – left angle, front angle, right angle; repeat the same in the rear, when and where applicable)

  • Full BPO Photos - (of each room, which includes; full floor angle with 2 side to side photos, bathroom/s with vanity, toilet, tube & or shower, plus any closets, thermostat/s, water meter, electric meter, heating/cooling unit/s, hot water heat/s or tankless heaters, attic, plus all notable damaged areas, plus – sheds, pool and land as a whole)

  • Data Collection - (real live view in real view time, such as; surround area report data per specification of Buyer or Seller)

  • I am strictly for hire in the greater DMV areas of Washington, DC. See counties and cities below.
